Overview:
Based in Dubai, with a regional remit, this is an exciting and challenging role for candidates with a passion for developing and delivering superior result on PR campaigns and events.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with brands across luxury goods, beauty, luxury hospitality, Fine Dining, Education, and Government.
Critical elements of the role include day-to-day brand management, strategic planning, and working with the team on PR strategy implementation, new business development and delivering results.
The position will be based in Dubai and also provide general support to senior management team and when required and may involve travel within the region

Desired Experience and Ability
PR & Communications Account Manager
- Passionate about a career in PR, candidates will possess between 3 – 5 years’ experience in PR within Luxury hospitality and F&B
- Must have native English communication skills
- Have an understanding of the Middle East media landscape
- Demonstrate the maturity and professionalism required when working directly to senior executives at our international clients
- Excellent communication skills, especially writing. Must have the confidence to proactively contact media and sell in stories
- Possess first-class organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Capacity for data analysis and identifying insights
- Creative and dynamic, continually seeking to improve his/her own performance and that of the company
- Able to prioritize workloads and manage deadlines
- Tenacious and results driven, a self-starter focused on promoting the client at any opportunity

Responsibilities
not limited to:
- Direct client servicing, with a wide range of responsibilities, including major projects and events
- Proactive development of media and influencer relationships across the Middle East – become one of the lead media contacts for accounts
- Producing high-quality press releases and media material
- Developing engaging social media content calendars and managing social media channel communities
- Ability to liaise directly with clients, media and suppliers, both verbally and via email, to the highest professional standards
- Proactively developing creative ideas to benefit the company and its clients
- Creating and maintaining media lists
- Selling in interviews and feature ideas to key media
- Inviting and hosting media at major events
- Client reporting, including coverage reports and contact reports
- As with all client facing roles, it will involve working flexibly to respond to their requirements
